BRANDING, LAUNCHED TO MARKET

Character was a 'ground-up' build. Working alongside the founders, we set out to disrupt the old-school tool landscape with a strategy rooted in personality rather than grit. We crafted a full brand lifecycle—naming, voice, and a bold visual system that moves away from the hardware store status quo.

Our goal was to strip away the intimidating, 'pro-only' vibes of the tool industry and replace them with a brand that feels like a creative partner. The result is a vibrant, flexible identity designed to meet people in the middle of their 'dream project' moments.
